No two properties need the same thing, so we do not quote as though they do. Here is what the first few days look like.

Call or send the form. What we want first is the plain version: what the property is, what has already happened or nearly happened, and what you are worried about. No commitment attached to the conversation.

We come out and look. Entrances, lighting, blind spots, the hours things get quiet, how people actually move through the place versus how they are supposed to. This is where most of the real answers come from.

We come back with what we would cover, when, and what it costs - along with anything we think you can fix for free. If part of the answer is that you need less than you assumed, we would rather say so than sell you the difference.

Once we are on site, what we learn goes back into the plan. Hours shift, seasons change, a problem moves from one corner of the property to another. Coverage that never changes is coverage that stopped paying attention.
